Why Trusted Driver is the right way to do TDP Road Pricing

In the Trusted Driver model, journey information is sent by the vehicle anonymously, and the charges for the journey are returned to the vehicle, rather than passed to the billing computer system.

The vehicle reports journey information (with journey ID) anonymously to Location Processing Service which returns road charge to the vehicle. The JourneyID is based on a secret key.
